Small Group Training

Small Group Training

Small Group Training sessions are led by a certified fitness professional and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core.

A variety of equipment is used including ropes, kettle bells, bars, TRX (suspension training) and more. This encouraging individual progression and skill development.


Our Small Group Training (SGT) classes are intentionally small typically with 5-12 participants per session.


360 Clinical Fitness

Clinical Fitness

The 360 Clinical Fitness Program assists patients released by surgeons, physicians and therapists. Participants work one-on-one with a trained Clinical Specialist or Physiologist.

Quality, professional fitness training and behavior modification services are provided for all clients with chronic illness or those with significant risk factor profiles for such illnesses.

Clinical Fitness Specialists design and implement exercises for member's improvement in endurance capabilities, strength deficiencies, muscular imbalances, decreased mobility and pain management increasing overall daily function.

Our Complete 360 Clinical Fitness program is ideal for patients who suffer from the following.
